Collecting seafood cookery books is something of a passion of mine.
While you will find plenty of recipes on this website I am sure that like me you enjoy browsing through cookery books.
I have listed here some of my favourites that I own myself and thoroughly recomend all of them.
All of these books are supplied through amazon and are all cheaper than you will pay at your local bookstore.

I have a very large collection of cook books for all types of cuisine. While there are all sorts of great recipes available on the internet you cannot beat sitting down with a good cook book and your favourite tipple planning a future meal.
A have spent many happy hours doing this much to the amusement of some of my friends. Although they are all quite happy to sample my dishes.
I have found that the more seafood cookery books that I buy and read the less that I tend to use them to follow recipes. More and more I make dishes using the knowledge that I have attained to put together recipes of my own.

Seafood cookery books can be quite expensive as you will know. With the advent of the internet e-books are now available, you just pay and then download to your computer. The advantage is instant access and they are so much cheaper.
